Meet Dorian
Dorian Simon of Clear Path Solar is a consultant with a simple mission: give homeowners a better experience than the traditional solar sales process ever could. A Venice Beach native, Dorian began his career with SunRun, where he received hands-on training from one of the largest solar companies in the country. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that big companies often lose sight of the individual. Even after moving to a smaller firm, he still felt limited—unable to offer homeowners the range of products and service they truly needed.
That’s when Dorian went independent and partnered with a network of over 30 trusted installers, both national and local. He believes the most important part of any solar project is the person guiding you through it—and he treats that responsibility with the care it deserves.
Dorian’s entire business is built on creating positive, pressure-free experiences. He spends his spare time staying sharp on solar tech and programs, actively engaging with the solar community so his clients benefit from the latest tools and insights.
He lives in Buellton, California with his wife and their 4-year-old daughter. On weekends, you’ll probably find him on the pitcher’s mound with his men’s competitive baseball team—or just enjoying time under the California sun, where solar makes sense.
